Clubless former West Ham XI
|
The Nigel Reo-Coker thread got me thinking that there are several players who are recently formerly of West Ham that are without Clubs.
It's s topic that crops up with my group quite often - we want to know thy the fuck Joey O'Brien isn't playing football every week. He was hardly brilliant, but why waste so much time of such a short career? He's going to lose an entire season. He must have had offers, so why not just play somewhere/anywhere?
Who else is there? Can we make up an XI? How many right backs are there?
Carlton Cole George McCartney NRC Kevin Nolan only recently came off the list to manage Notts County Julien Faubert has only recently joined a Finnish team Keiran Richardson Marouane Chamakh
There must be more.....

I'm listening to a podcast featuring Paul Konchesky at the mo. He's such an eloquent, erudite speaker, he really is.

Good find geeps. Just looked up Savio's stats and that is the one and only club goal he has scored since the time joined us in 2009.

Could well imagine Ravel Morrison joining this lot when his Lazio contract expires, if not sooner.

Hmmm. Is Carlton Cole really still available? Surely worth a punt!
What's a right back by the way?

What ever he does in the future, VAZ TE will always be a hero to WHU fans.

joey. You could well be right. But according to the highly fallible wonder that is wiki, he left them somewhere in 2015 and signed for Charlton for a year on a free in Nov 2015. But was then released from his contract in Feb 2016.

Ricardo VAZ TE currently plays for Akhisar Belediyespor in the Turkish Superlig and has scored 3 goals. I would have him back.

There were quite a few youngsters that were free agents that have recently been snapped up by lower league clubs in Jan/Feb.
Jordan Spence Zavon Hines Diego Poyet
That reads like a wishful WHU team sheet for Alex V.
And then there's the legendary Savio NSEREKO #10, who has disappeared off the face of the earth.
